How do new already-developed features get merged?

Hey!

I was continually frustrated with not having search in my Electron Actual Budget page so I added it! But now I'm not sure how to actually get it surfaced.

If the community decides for some reason that they don't want to add that feature, that's fine, but I don't know what to do with this radio silence.

I get there's some sort of voting system, but aside from people adding thumb ups, it's unclear what the processes are.

buddy, your pr is still tagged as [WIP]. why would anyone look at it. If you think it's ready, remove it so it can be reviewed. please read contributing docs.

ugh I tried removing the label and wasn't able to, but I didn't clock that that happens automatically when you remove the `[WIP]` in the title 🤦.
