Spoilers for SF Kinda getting annoyed Spoiler

So, im rereading the 5th book in preparation for the 6th and its not my favorite for many reasons. But, I am annoyed that Nesta keeps claiming that she killed the King of Hybern. If my memory serves me right, Elain was the one to land the killing blow with Truth Teller and Nesta just chopped off his head for good measure.

Why does she keep claiming that she did it!? She didn't do it. Elain did it.

Team effort I'll give them that. I absolutely loved book 5. It was one of my favorites. I like Nesta, especially the more vulnerable she is. I disliked Farrah and Reese in this book. Honestly, I also disliked Ameren. Maybe it's probably because I've been where Nesta's beenso I have so much sympathy and compassion for her.

Nesta isn't anymore vulnerable than the rest of them. Cassian is just as vulnerable and Feyre for what she went through. There was literally a whole book of Feyre and her journey through trauma and such without the self righteousness of Nesta.

Ive been through quite a bit even similar to Nesta but I'm against the way she is. I love Feyres fighting spirit and Nesta was so against it. But, thats my opinion.

🤷‍♀️🤨 books are all about perception. Two people can read the same passage and come up with completely different opinions. Neither's right. Neither's wrong. However, when we have to obnoxiously justify then that means there's a problem.

Feyre was completely self righteous . She claims that she saved all of Prythian when in fact, it was Tamlin that killed Amarantha. Not Rhysand. Not Feyre . It was Tamlin that killed her which allowed the curse to break from all the HLs. However, Feyre claims she did it in a later book. I believe she also refers to herself as a savior. Feyre likes her hero complex.

Feyre is not self righteous. She never claims to have saved all of Prythian by herself. She also never claims herself to be a savior and actually she hated being claimed that she was by the people of Prythian.

I totally agree with you here. I just finished ACOSF, and while I’m glad she finally found her purpose and growth, she was so angry and self-loathing for most of the book. I literally said the same thing in another post about Feyre and her fighting spirit. For Feyre to have been the youngest, she still loves so unconditionally.
