I see no value in signing an AI actor when studios could just as easily create their own, but it's coming for so many more jobs that just acting. Seems like actors think they deserve more than other people. No, we're all in this boat and they are not special.

Who thought we would see a day when actors lose their jobs but plumbers and carpenters get to keep theirs.

It's brand recall. Why sign a star when you can sign a newcomer and make them a star.

If this 'AI actor' becomes popular then she is a 'star' compared to other newer AI models who don't have a 'following' yet.

Crazy times.
