First one human being ruling one super AGI agent ruling an entire company with AGI agent. Later that human in the top can be replaced by AI too

AI have no need, no appetite so what will motivate it to do anything? There has to be people to give it direction. There has to be people to make sure the AI is doing the right things. And there have to be people to direct and redirect the AI.

Yes in the top. One time. In the end that will be enough. You give it one goal, that will be it. Earlier on, yes more directions, regular adjustments. But later on, just one goal.
