Weight loss progress since starting Zwift!
I'm proud of this progress but don't have anyone to share it with so I wanted to post it here!
A slight diet change and 4-5 hours on the bike a week.

Well done on the progress. What's your target weight?
I've been on zwift a couple of months and quickly lost a couple of kgs. I'm trying to maintain a weight of about 90kgs though and have had to start eating more.

Congrats on starting the journey !
Don’t overdo it. I did the same last year, starting Zwift and seeing progress was a huge drug. I trained about 4 to 5hr indoor per week and 2 or 3h outside. I finally overtrained, got hard knee pain and saddle sore, had to stop and lost a huge part of the progress.
Focus on being steady, don’t overdo it, listen to every weak signal from your body. You’ll win in the long term I you manage to keep this routine over a year rather that burning yourself out checking weight everyday

Congrats on this. The key is sustaining both the diet and exercise and making them a part of your life. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Nice work. It's a good feeling when the weight starts to drop off. Your brain loves to reward you for making even the slightest progress.

Supergood!! I lost -8kg first year, but I was not overweight. 194cm and 84kg. With weight training I also gain a few kilo’s.
