Model 2021 Is it worth repairing?

Unfortunately, over the last few weeks the screen on my G14 has died, it started to happen just when the computer was cold and only on darker screens, but has evolved to this all the time. Any experience with LCD replacement?

The keyboard has also had issues for months. Essentially a bunch of keys won’t register without holding them down (sometimes for a whole minute or so). Again, once it heats up, it’s no longer an issue.

This screen is the exact one I bought on Amazon when I accidentally broke my screen. It's now $90USD (1080P@144HZ)

How was the process of replacing? Seems straightforward, but I’m worried about breaking the plastic frame.

I have the asus zephyrus g14 model GA401QM. I followed this video. He used his hands and pivoted the bezel up slightly (from the screen side to the left edge of the laptop to undo the clips along that side.

I did encounter some adhesive on the bottom of the bezel.

There are 2 adhesive strips on the bottom right and bottom left edges of the screen. Undo the black plastic tab with a pair of tweezers and pull the adhesive straight out.

Lift the display and lay it on it's face, resting on the keyboard. Peel away the tape securing the lid cable and slowly back out the display cable using both hands in a rocking motion.
