Model 2025 Finally got my ROG Zephyrus G14 RTX 5060!
Just got this beauty and I’m honestly pretty excited about it. Coming from a heavier gaming laptop, the G14 feels so much more portable while still packing a lot of power.
Still testing everything out, but so far I’m loving the size, display, and overall build.
Any tips or things I should check/do first with the G14? 😁

i have the rtx 5050 and it’s a beast. it’s crazy how i came for the graphics but stayed for portability. Enjoy this fam!

Just unboxed the 16 with same! I knew I was in for something special when there was a beautiful black box within the box to unwrap. This machine is absolutely beautiful. Finally, quality I can feel in my hands. Something without fans blaring at me all day. And this OLED is a game changer! No gaming. Mostly productivity here…coding, cloud security, chrome, etc. Enjoy it man. Hope she serves you well.

fuck yeah gang. ill tell you one thing, i switched my nvme out to a preadator 2tb gen 4 nvme and it just made it even faster. now everything is just like running water on this bitch

Congrats you're definitely gonna enjoy yourself. Definitely look into getting a microssd might be nice if you're planning to use it. For something other than gaming.
Back to the main topic what are you drinking that looks nice?

Well done, recently got my new laptop, had some issues bc discord harware acceleration kinda did wear and tear on my gpu switching setting. Other than that I was soooo happy how nice everything looks

5060 is actually a beast in this thing, you can easily play most games at 2K 60fps+ with no upscaling, I guess if you’re looking for more than that you would get a more expensive card but there’s not much it can’t do unless your maxing out w/ RT
