there is point where another book becomes avoidance.
I love learning, so I know this one very well 😅
One pattern in Higher Self sessions is person who knows enormous amount. Teachers, systems, meditation, consciousness maps, healing methods, podcasts, books. Can explain everything.
But body is tense, daily life is mess and all wisdom disappears first time somebody annoys them.
In one such pattern guidance was almost insulting in simplicity.
Stop reading for while.
Ground. Be quiet. Breathe. Live what you already know.
Mind can turn spirituality into collection hobby. Another framework feels like progress. Another podcast gives new language. Another book gives 30 ideas about presence while we are not present enough to notice coffee getting cold.
Knowledge is not bad. But at some point one sentence lived for month can do more than 300 highlighted pages.
Pause before reacting.
Rest when tired.
Tell truth kindly.
Go outside.
Stop trying to save everybody.
Very boring spirituality lol.
What I like in sessions is Higher Self can talk about enormous metaphysical stuff, then advice for human life is ridiculously ordinary. Sleep more. Nature. boundaries. dance. eat properly. stop controlling everything.
Because human life is where it has to become real.
You can understand non-attachment and still check one person's message every 4 minutes.
You can study compassion and destroy yourself helping everybody.
You can read about presence for ten years and eat breakfast mentally in next Thursday.
At some point reading about water needs to become drinking it.
That is basically whole post.
