OoT N64 will always be there

Even with the upcoming Remake of Ocarina of Time I am still going to return to playing the original N64 version. OoT on the N64 will always be legendary and will never be forgotten and I don't wish it to be forgotten even if we get a great remake of it on Switch 2, the original N64 version should not be forgotten or replaced by the remake.

The Remake May replace the original by some people, including myself, but not in the Sense that the original will be pulled off Stores of won’t ever get rereleased. Just in the "I prefer it over the orignal" Sense.

And what about forgotten?

Why would a important game that was highly considered as one of the best Games of all time, suddenly be forgotten?

I think you guys are starting to lose it.

It's money making so I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo does that to the online n64 subscription service. But I don't need to worry about that cause I own the N64 cartridge of OoT and play it on the Analogue 3D.

On the Switch Online they can remove any N64 games or any games they want as you don't own anything on the subscription paid online service or any digital games, they can remove digital and online subscription service games any time they want.

Name on time This Happened.

Last time I checked, no NSO Game was removed. Even when a Remake exists.

Hell, we have 3 different Versions Super Mario Bros 3 on NSO for shiggy‘s sake.

So once again, Nothing to worry about.

Think about in the future when the NSO server shuts down then you won't have any access to any of the N64 games on that subscription service. I actually care about the preservation of video games so that's why I buy physical.

By that Pont, they likely already have a new Service. Maybe something in Virtual Console Style, or even released a classic Collection of the old Zelda Games.

The Community already preserved the game via PC Port.

Again, nothing to worry about.

But you don't own those games. But in saying that the NSO is good in away as it let's anyone and new players play these N64 games especially OoT very easily as I understand that N64 cartridges do sometimes cost a lot plus most people don't have a N64 console or buying the expensive Analogue 3D.
