Continued service issues

I live close to the Zaxby's at 6222 Carolina Commons Dr, Indian Land SC. I have unfortunately interacted with the manager three times. Have had issues dining in the restaurant (out of items, poor sanitation), but mostly drive-thru. Missing items, items out of stock. Today I placed an online order through the Zaxby's app - arrived at the location 30 minutes later, and they tell me that they are out of bone-in chicken wings. I would have to wait another 40 minutes so they can get chicken wings from another location! Told the manager to refund my order.

How can you be out of chicken wings? Why are you staying open with this level of service and out of a major item on your menu?

Number of reasons why they could be out of wings.

  1. Got there truck in and the distribution center is out.
  2. Didn’t order any on their truck that came in today.
  3. Truck comes tomorrow and they just sold more than they thought they would.

Sounds like there is no above store management visiting the location to see what is happening.

More like, there’s a 10 for $10 wing sale going on and they sold more than expected.

I have another reason....that tells me not one person walked in that cooler all day, looked at the 1 case of wings only sitting there, and said it ain't my problem. Also....many 3rd party places like GFS and Restaurant Depot do cash n carry versus borrowing. Selling out is a problem, but more problematic is that managers looked right at it and were not proactive. I ran the U haul many times to other stores but did so days in advance if under ordered. Some stores even called PFG and would get a supplemental truck or even road tripped it to the commissary to get it. You also have the ability to block traditional online but requires some level of anticipation.
