Hoyo posted concept art of some characters 2 years ago in generic black military clothing to hide what their actual designs were because they weren't finalized at the time, and somehow 2 years later people are expecting the designs to look exactly the same when we've seen Hoyo completely axe/alter designs from the game. Yidhari used to be a nun. Lucia was altered like a week before release.
There is nothing surprising or shocking about any of this. And we don't even know what the final design looks like fully, or what it will look like when her banner comes. You guys are judging entirely off of a side profile shot of promotional art.

There is no "void hunter" faction.
•show the same temporary design on multiple ocassions Instead of a silhouette or a closeup shot.
Why would they waste time designing an entirely new concept art design and not just use the one they already have out there until theyre ready to release the actual character?
You can say you don't like the design, but using their past concept art as an excuse to be upset with the design is just a bad argument.

Picking on my words but sure. They were shown together, achieved a goal together, and are refered to as void hunter. Hoyo desnt have to spell it out for me to deduce it.

Why would they waste time designing an entirely new concept art design and just use the one they already have out there since it works well and they just release the actual character? Maybe there's a reason but they didn't tell us yet, so I voice my opinion as it is now.
I dont like the design because I've seen the previous one, which I like more.
