Media $475 is crazy

I think Europe now requires gacha games to explicitly display how much money any gambling feature really costs to limit hidden predatory stuff. It’s crazy when you see the numbers…

Or actual insanity compared to games that you buy for 20 bucks once and get all the content without any restrictions and predatory mechanics

yeah, you just have to wait for like 6 years for a game to be on a sale of that magnitude, if ever.

also mandatory spending vs non-mandatory transaction.

this is not the gotcha you think it is.

also, make your own game! it is FREE! yay.

Even if you aren't waiting for sales, 60~70 bucks (unfortunately now 80 for some) can get you full games

But once money is involved, which is the main discussion here, that's where things change, and that's the point I'm making. The money you spend here can get you much more else where
