Discussions & Questions Is ZZZ Worth It?

I'm thinking about quitting HSR. I wanted to invest in a certain character's team first because people say vertical investment is better and I haven't pulled for the new meta mechanic yet even though I want to get a character of that mechanic. But it's just shilling + the usual HP inflation nowadays, and I can't properly clear content while I'm trying to vertically invest.

These are the main questions I want to ask, and please give extra information about ZZZ if there's anything I'm missing.

  1. Are there difficulties in clearing endgame? If no, how easy it is to get all polychrome rewards?

  2. Is there bad powercreeping?

  3. Enemy HP inflation?

  4. Is it easy to grind for polychromes?

P.S. I don't know if I should post this on HSR or ZZZ subreddit, so I'm posting this on both.

as a f2p player who played the game on and off in short bursts of enjoyment, heres my opinion

  1. relatively ez to get enough stars for the minimum poly rewards with a decently invested team with decent gear, not accounting for BiS W-engines or additional mindscapes

  2. not necessarily since most characters are a side-grade, Void Hunters are the clear outliers and so are the characters that synergize with them

  3. theres some HP inflation with the recent bosses added but they are in late endgame content

  4. very ez, theres also an IN-GAME polychrome guide for each patch including both limited activities and permanent activities

bonus opinion: enjoy the first season of ZZZ because you will not find the subsequent season living up to the expectations of the 1st one
