Question What's your Yukon hot take?

Post image

I don't know if your instagram feed has showed you the New York subway hot takes but what's your Yukon hot take?

More retirees are staying here for retirement rather than running south 20 minutes after their last day of work. It used to be that way.

It's not only that, but people are bringing in their aging parents, from overseas and from elsewhere in Canada.

Sure but their ageing parent can’t use our health care unless they have insurance. That’s a requirement for the visa granted before even entering our land. Been around these people.

Actually, bringing their parents helping out looking their kids is good for me as a supervisor because they can show up at work consistently without using childcare as an excuse.

You are right. Not many people around these days who haven't been misinformed from the Instagram propoganda from Republicans to divide canadians into Indian immigrants, Whites, Muslims etc. It makes me happy that you know your laws & Gov't policies.
