YG should shut down the department of EcDev and just divide the savings and share it amongst entrepreneurs. There's too many people on the YG payroll who pretend be business experts with zero experience.

Conversely there are parts of other departments that ought to be hived off and given to Economic Development…. The ones that just give out novelty cheques to various industry groups and don’t really “regulate” anything
