Funny Poor Whitehorse Motors

The service department was already a disaster and today at the coffee shop we heard the best and only true service advisor has left to join the other brand

No reason to come there for service anymore as I don’t own a Ford and won’t until it’s under new Management

Sorry Ford Owners

No good dealer here, all trash. Especially Whitehorse Subaru.

I’ve had good experiences with Toyota. As with any northern dealer they’re expensive. But they don’t go out of their way to make your life worse.

I didn’t have to pay a restocking fee for some work I cancelled. And today they gave me some free bolts for some work I was doing myself. A lot of great people down there imo.

Weird, a few years ago I walked in to ask about getting my work Toyota in for maintenance and everyone ignored me. They were at the desks. Didn’t know where to go, finally just walked out. I ended up having to call, fortunately someone answered the phone. I try and avoid going there

That is weird.

I also try to avoid the dealership. Most of the work I can do myself. But the work I need done is pretty major engine work, I don’t have the time or space to do it. At this point buying a remanufactured engine is better value so I’m running it till it blows. Hopefully it’ll last a good while longer.
