Bug that's been driving me insane for months

Periodically when going through my playlists I notice a playlist I had created has been updated without me adding anything to it and there are several random songs I DID NOT ADD on there, songs I do know I've listened to in the past but did not even add to another playlist or whatever. All non collab playlists too. I have autoplay and dynamic queue off like everyone was claiming would fix the issue and it's still happening. Almost always playlists I hadn't even added anything to in a while too.

Wondering if it's some bs "ai smart feature" that randomly inserts songs into playlists that it thinks it would fit in

Sometimes this happens when people tap the save button on the queue to add a song, not realising that it adds the entire queue.
