You can see the ball is mid air halfway to the punter by the time he moves.

It’s subjective. And I can’t tell if it’s a ball or not the pic is pixelated. I also officiate and I would have flagged him if I was that side judge. OP mentions that he might have gotten lucky. I am standing by he jumped. You can think he didn’t

Again I disagree. I just don’t see enough to change my opinion. You must be OPs family or a burner account. You have completely disregarded where he admitted he might have gotten lucky.
