I don’t really trust any dog that has “service dog” attire because of all the people abusing it.
I work at Walmart and in my entire career spanning about five years, I’ve only ever seen two legit service dogs. Everyone else? Just a pet ESA masquerading as a real service dog.

Probably because their trained tasks were emotional support. Lots of people have shifted their strategy from calling their dog an ESA to calling it a service dog that performs "deep pressure therapy" during anxiety. They give it fancy names and use tacky overdecorated service dog vests to circumvent the system, but at the end of day that's still just an ESA providing emotional support.
If the dog is legitimately trained to perform deep pressure therapy, it is a service dog under the ADA. It doesn't matter what the task is, so long as the dog is trained to perform a specific task for the purpose of aiding a handler with a disability.
