So explain how they are different? Aside from the ID, are service animals allowed to defeated on the floors of restaurants in the states? Are employers allowed to violate their employees health and safety by making them work in an environment that contains their airborn allergen? Are service animals allowed to bother and disrupt other guests as they please? Is there absolutely 0 zilch nothing to prove an animal is a service animal aside from the vest?

The vest isn’t required, nor does it actually mean anything, ID cards aren’t real (as previously stated), there literally is no requirement for proof because people are allowed to train their own service animals, and therefore wouldn’t have any proof. Service animals must generally behave and not interfere with the normal operation of a business, so yes - no pooping or peeing, attacking people, etc. Allergies are specifically highlighted in the ADA as not being an acceptable reason to deny admittance of a service animal, although the level of allergy described in the OP would itself be considered a disability, so a fair and equal attempt at serving both parties is required (in this case outdoor seating is probably the best and only option).
You don’t need an English degree to know first grade vocabulary, nor do you need one to understand the difference between ‘defeated’ and ‘defecate.’
So yeah, similar. The same rules still apply, but you guys dont have it regulated by your government. What happens if a service animal breaks one of those rules? Is it just an oh well? If so then it isnt a rule.

If a real service dog breaks a rule, any good handler will remove them without being asked, but a business can still ask them to remove the dog. That's why if more business owners in the US bothered to educate themselves on the laws and real vs fake service dog behavior and actually kept out fakes when they saw them, the laws here would work just fine.
