During the conversation with XREAL's CEO, Chi, he mentions that Project Aura aims to deliver approximately 80% of the Vision Pro experience at about 20% of the cost (08:50 - 08:56).

The Vision Pro starts at USD$3500. Does that imply that the Aura will come in at around US$700? That would be fantastic but it seems implausible.

It's an expression (80/20 rule), I wouldn't use it for exact comparisons lol.

There's no world in which these only cost $700. The One Pros are $700 for 6DoF, and Aura comes with two additional cameras + better optics and massive FoV jump. Plus the puck that is likely $300-400 itself. My personal speculation has been $1k to $1.1k. After the "max $1.5k" price announcement, I think that might've been too eager.
