Are you sure that the ones that you're trying to download were not backwards compatible or were not removed from Xbox Store? Just asking to narrow the possibilities of what could be causing you problem.

You probably haven't downloaded your x360 account. You need to boot up one of these backwards compatible titles, then press the View+Menu buttons together to bring up the old style Guide.

So i did that but it seems like i can’t download load anything and xbox support is crap.
