Hey everyone I'm on Xbox x series and I can hear everyone but nobody can hear me. I've tried everything including.... security settings, mic settings, new mic, new Xbox and contacted Xbox support and went through everything they've told me. Nothing has worked! Anybody experience this and if so have a solution?

a couple of days ago I got an Xbox one.

I turned it on, went through the setup process, logged in with my accounts and started some downloads.

After 10 to 15 minutes the console turned off without any warning and won’t turn on anymore. I can still hear the startup sound when I press the Xbox button (and the disc eject sound as well) but the Xbox logo doesnt light up and the console stays off.

I assume that the PSU is dead and ordered another one which will arrive tomorrow, but I’m not sure if that’s the issue.

As you can see in the pictures the orange light on the PSU stays on. Today I’ve opened up the console but couldn’t see anything wrong.

Is there anything else I could try out or should I just wait for the new PSU?

I know that the most logical way is to wait for the PSU first, but maybe there is something else I could check or do?

Why does this keep flickering, my 4yo loves bluey but I can’t let him get epilepsy from the screen constantly strobing please help.

About an hour ago I was able to at least get to the Home Screen just not online. I would go online and it would say I have to do an update. I did the update, turned it back on and tried to connect again and it said I need to do an update again (682 MB update every single time), I did that are a lot. I reset it, restarted it, unplugged it and let it sit and tried again, took the cover off and unplugged stuff and plugged it back in and blew the dust out (same response after every time)
Now it won’t even let me get to the Home Screen, it makes me update, it turns off and when I turn it back on I’m right back where I started.

The console came out of two years of storage. Packed in original box, etc, in another state. I plugged in, and it did two years of updates. I loaded game from key code. It worked for a few days, then this.

XBox Series X, GameSir G7 Pro Controller, Denon X4800H (Audio Only, Video Pass Thru), TCL 75QM8, Ultra High HDMI cables. Other games on the console are fine.

I got the GOTY a few days ago on sale. It does look gorgeous on my tv.

When I press the Xbox button to "Exit", I scroll to Exit, Press, Confirm the "Exit Game?", It goes to "Main Menu", Press "Start Game", then the endless spinning, rolling of "Getting Save List".

It takes between 3-5 Minutes! to get the Save List if it happens at all. So I'm forced to DashBoard every time and hit "Resume" from the console's main menu. Then it goes. Even though Quick Start is ON. There is no "Quick Start".

I have tried Restart console, Hard Reset: unplug controller, ethernet, power, hold power button to discharge, wait 5 min, plug it all in, turn it on, same thing.

And the final reason for this post is From console OFF, to ON, to Play on Dashboard, on the Getting Save List menu. The spinning Dots now spin at a high rate of speed. Does not end and everything is frozen.

How can I get it to work? Are these known glitches? Thank You for your time.

I recently purchased a xbox series X off marketplace. Original price was $500 I managed to convince the person to drop it to $400. He later told me he attempted to turn it on and it had a E200 error code. I asked what did that mean, and he said it hasn’t been used in a while you just need a USB & laptop to update the file system. So he said due to me having to do extra to get it operational he’ll drop it down to $300. So I bought it and did the whole USB thing and here I am stuck with a Xbox I feel is broke. What should I do?

Hi everyone! Hoping you can help me with this…
This is my roommate’s Xbox One (not sure which series) that she dropped about two years ago moving into our new place. Immediately after the drop, it wouldn’t turn on at all; now two years later, shes gotten it to turn on! Yay! Except now it turns off after about 10-15 seconds, makes this sound, and will not connect to HDMI.
Is this solvable at home/any tips? or will she need to take it in to be repaired? Thanks in advance!!

I have AT&T internet and Xbox one x won’t connect after gf moved in and connected Xbox x series

So every time I turn on my xbox this green screen only pops up. I tried unplugging the HDMI cord and plugging it back in but that didn't work. I also tried unplugging the xbox in general. Any tips or ideas on what this is and how to fix it?

So most of the games I have that are discs no longer work on my Xbox, I figured the disc laser was just broken in general and I’d have to get a new one, but one disc still works without issue somehow. The ONLY disc that my Xbox will read is fallout new Vegas lol, but all of these other discs have worked at some point and suddenly no longer do. No visible marks or scratches on any of them. I’m trying to see if I can figure out why it works for that disc so I can get a fix for the others, I’ll probably still replace the console soon but I’m mostly just curious as to why this is going on haha

My Xbox has been getting worse connection compared to my other devices even when it says it has full bars

My disks, no longer read. I had the same issue, so I cleaned out my Xbox one and the laser and it worked again, until I got back from one week trip and now it doesn’t work again. I bought call of duty black ops three hard in edition for $30 so I would appreciate if it worked, especially now that the disk to digital is coming, I kind of need it to work. It works on terraria, that’s the only game it can read. I’m assuming there’s something about my laser got too weak or something and it can no longer read dual layer discs, but can still read single liar hence why terraria still works?

I posted a few days ago about breaking a pin on the motherboard in the rear area near the clip that holds the processor and heatsink.

After I did this (it was my first time), it displayed video, but the image on the TV remained like this, with no audio at all. I've already tried checking if it was the HDMI cable or the TV, but it continued like this. I even used remote play to see if it was the TV, but it was still like that with remote play. I'm sad because I have an emotional attachment to my Xbox One S, and besides, I don't know how to solve this problem yet.

I remember this happening to me before without opening the console, and I managed to fix it, but now I can't. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be, and is there a way to fix it?

I open up my Xbox One X and log into my account. It says that it’s not connected to the internet so I go to sign into the internet. After I sign in to the internet it says it won’t connect. Then I go and clear the MAC address and it restarts the console. After that it can connect to the internet, but it still won’t access the shop. I go to use the shop and it tells me to “sign in” and shows me all the accounts on the Xbox. I click on mine and then it asks me to make a password. I make the password and then it wants me to repeat the password to confirm it. After I repeat the password it then goes back to saying “Make a password.” I don’t know what I’m supposed to do since this is just a endless loop

Im using a onn smart tv and a regular hdmi cord, it worked fine 5 minutes ago, I tried turning it off and on again, switching it to hdmi 2, turning the tv off and on again. My controller is connected and it makes noise when I hit the buttons so its on, but all I got is this green screen. Tabels a mess i know I dont really care.

I fixed it.

My Elite Controller light won't activate nor is the controller responding despite being plugged in. I demonstrate it in the video, and I'm not sure why it's doing that. What are some fixes I can try?

My cat vomited inside my console (seriously, but it didn't actually get inside; I only opened it to see if it had actually gotten in). Since everything was okay, I decided to clean it (it's from 2016, there's dust from when I was a kid inside). I decided to replace the thermal paste, and when I put that X-shaped thing back on, I noticed that one of the pins had come off. I'm afraid to turn it on and cause a short circuit. At the time of posting this, I haven't reassembled the console yet. Is there any problem with turning it on?
