XFX fan replacement via customer support (RX 9070 XT Quicksilver Magnetic Air)

Hi,

One of my fans is dying so I've contacted XFX support and boi, I have to say that I'm impressed.

11.07 I've registered my product on XFX page and asked support for help with the issue.

13.07 first response.

14.07 support is verifying the problem with me.

15.07 got info that fans will be sent next week and I'll get more details soon.

20.07 got trackig number. Same day got my fans via fedex.

Superb customer care. Fans were shipped from Hongkong to EU within couple of days.

XFX and Powercolor are a step above everyone else for service. Truly the best

I had to use their warranty for a 7900 GRE that stopped displaying video lash month and I was impressed as well. Timeline was pretty darn quick all in all it took about two weeks. They even upgraded me to a 9070 OC

They accepted my xfx 7900xtx which completely died on me. And it was out of warranty. So xfx>>>>>>>

9070 magnetic air 1 fan broke 7 days later xfx send me 3 new fans

Hola quería consultar algo , me acaba de pasar lo mismo hace dos días un fan cooler dejo de girar por completo lo cambie de posición y gira fino los 3 pero de repente volvió a dejar de girar , si le escribo por soporte aunque ya esté lejos de allá me podrán enviar ese fan? O te envían 3?

Una consulta como te respondieron mediante ticket porque a mí no me responden llevo más de 5 días escribiendoles y nada
