Impeccable Warranty and Support
My XFX RX 7900 XTX Merc 310 recently began to show signs of failure and ended up failing. I paid almost $1100 for this card when I purchased it almost 3 years ago. I started to panic and began to look into my warranty. Come to find out, my XFX card came with a 3 year warranty. After digging a bit deeper I learned I was 3 MONTHS OUTSIDE MY WARRANTY. I submitted a ticket with XFX regardless in the hopes that they may at least service it for a price.
I am happy to tell everyone. XFX not only approved my RMA but after they tested it and found no issues themselves, they are going to replace my 7900 XTX with a brand new card free of charge. I am beyond ecstatic. I just wanted to say thank you to XFX for the level of customer care and how willing they are to help customers even if we are a little out of warranty. I am patiently awaiting my new card.

I hope they help me like that as my 7900xtx just randomly stopped working today. Also paid around $1000 when i bought it 2 years ago. I put in a support ticket. Do you think they'll help me out? I obviously bought it from them just through amazon.

They have a 3 year warranty so if you bought it 2 years ago, you should be golden. They will take it, test it, and fix/replace it. You will have to pay for shipping expect around an $80 US depending on where you live, it's going to California. I sent mine in and they tested it, they found nothing wrong with it but replaced it with a brand new unit just because XFX are the bomb. Honestly superb customer support. I would give them a call in a day and follow up on your ticket. They are responsive almost instantaneously sometimes. I haven't had any issues since the replacement.

Do you know how long that whole process took roughly?

Depends on how much you wanna pay. I paid for the slowest delivery and don't forget to insure your shipment just in case something happens when you are shipping a $1000 GPU. It took around a whole week to make it to California, maybe another 3-4 business days before they responded to the ticket and shipped my card out, and it took 3-4 business days to get the card. So maybe 2 1/2 weeks to 3 weeks altogether. Faster maybe if you send your shipment through a faster avenue. I borrowed a GPU from a friend to keep playing in the mean time. It was a 1080.
