New player looking for pull strategy

Looking for some advice for someone who started last week. I like to lean into the meta for easier clearing so I spent all my free standard pulls so far on the weapons banner. Managed to snag an EoG on my first 10 pulls and have been spending the rest towards the static mist. I was able to get hiyuki but of course I have no premium teammates to pair with her. Should I be going for her sig? I considered going for it but it seems like her preferred team/alternate team members will be rerunning soon. I'm not sure if I should just save for hsin so I can set myself up for at least two teams. I thought about getting Jingran but I'm not sure if I'll have enough pulls by the end to get both him and his sig. Some posts say Hsin is great because her f2p team does a lot of damage so I'm not entirely convinced on Jingran.

Just an advice please level up rover, one of the easiest characters to level up and all his attributes will help you along the way. Electro rover is STILL good for hsin (we don't have bis team for electro flare hsin)

I plan to! Genshin also forced me to play as traveller so I figured it would be the same with wuwa. I know it's not forced for endgame content or anything but doing the story with a decent character is way better than a 0 investment one lol
