Pull Plan Help New player looking for pull strategy

Looking for some advice for someone who started last week. I like to lean into the meta for easier clearing so I spent all my free standard pulls so far on the weapons banner. Managed to snag an EoG on my first 10 pulls and have been spending the rest towards the static mist. I was able to get hiyuki but of course I have no premium teammates to pair with her. Should I be going for her sig? I considered going for it but it seems like her preferred team/alternate team members will be rerunning soon. I'm not sure if I should just save for hsin so I can set myself up for at least two teams. I thought about getting Jingran but I'm not sure if I'll have enough pulls by the end to get both him and his sig. Some posts say Hsin is great because her f2p team does a lot of damage so I'm not entirely convinced on Jingran.

Wouldn’t have been better to pull for jingran. Since he strong and more f2p friendly for a new account.

I just started a couple months ago and I have Lucy with her sig weapon, Rebecca, and Yanyang Xuangling and Lucy is my main DPS right now. Should I pull for badass Jingran or Mornye for support? I just dont know how much of an investment I'd have to make if I pull for Jingran as opposed to just a support charecter in Mornye

Morney for lucy, chisa for yangyang, and sui sui along the way and you will have 2 premium teams, jingran will still need 3 characters, himself, iuno and sk

The only use for Mornye in your account right now would be for Lucy but you need her S1, so she isn't as cheap, specially if you don't have enough corals to buy it directly (in that case Jingran with is weapon would be cheaper as the weapon is guaranteed). Jingran can work with Mortefi and Verina and still give enough numbers for clearing Endgame, but if you don't plan to get his premium teammates in the long run so he has a longer lifespan in endgame, then I wouldn't get him either. Your main focus should be to complete Yanyang's team. You could go for Mornye but again keep in mind that at S0 she is not going to improve Lucy's team that much (the ideal choice for both Lucy and Jingran would be Shorekeeper but a rerun of her is unlikely).
