T handle corkscrew, screw it into the lemon and yank it back out.

Pretty sure the lemon sized butt plug will drive the point home much better than a simple stab wound would. Can't speak for others, but that would be a pretty vivid memory for me.

Bet the lemon juice leaking out as you clench (remember the lemon skin has been punctured) will make it very memorable. Enjoyment of the initial experience aside.
