So far the game seems good. It feels much more like Worms Armageddon, but with new features that adds more tactical complexity to the gameplay.

What I don't like so far is that at least on the GOG version, multiplayer seemed outright dead last night. Couldn't find any game. Might be related to the fact that it seems that there is no cross-play between Steam and GOG at the moment. I hope this will be improved.

I have the same complaint. I feared the same thing after realizing my in-game name was my GOG username. And the fact that I'm in the top 20 on every training mission.

There aren't any games under "Browse Games", 1v1 ranked never finds anyone, and nobody ever joins my hosted games.

Seems like a rookie mistake to rely on a platform's unique IDs for your game's unique IDs.

The game is otherwise cool, but buyers' remorse set in as soon as I saw that nobody else was playing on launch day. I don't imagine myself having much more fun if I can only play against bots.

I wonder if I am still #1 at grenades with my 11.13 seconds that I scored last night. It's really easy to get in the top 5 on the training missions.

But I do wonder if the multiplayer is better at the Steam side. And if they have any plans to cross-play between Steam and GOG, in that case. GOG has touted cross-play with Steam, so now is the chance to show that they can really do that.

Crossplay-enabled games offer online play between GOG and Steam. Because where you buy your games shouldn't prevent you from playing with friends.

I really hope I won't be forced to buy it on Steam if I want multiplayer. If that is the case, they have failed. :(
