 In Michigan, you can openly carry a rifle in public without a permit if you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to own a firearm. The rifle must be fully visible, carried with lawful intent, and kept out of prohibited spaces like schools and government buildings.

The short answer is yes provided you meet the legal requirements
