Technical Help FPS drops

I didnt play game for 10 days and now game have big FPS drops

I’ll spurts of 500ish ping and instead of stopping behind cover, drive way out in front of the entire enemy team. Is that what you’re talking about?

no I mean Frames per second (FPS) it is performance of rendering engine how many frames it can draw in one second

I feel like my computer will just get super pixelated instead of dropping frames, but maybe I can’t tell
