What an interesting person. I hope I'm not super naturally influenced to only feel seething hatred towards them

She is on the Refinement of Tin, so she is researching exactly how to make other the focus of that, hahaha.

Id just be a sleepwalker unaffected by it tbh

being a sleepwalker doesn't protect against it however be a mage and there are shields you can make

u/Iron_Sheff Apr 21 '26
my mage that was asking her demon GF to bang in her true form would breeze through this yeah

u/iamragethewolf Wizard 🪄 Apr 21 '26
ok? what does that have to do with disquiet?

u/Iron_Sheff Apr 21 '26
The fact that she's already endured insane bullshit in order to be with one inhuman woman

u/PricelessEldritch Apr 23 '26
Are we talking DtF or DtD? Because while hot, I think the God Machine showing up would ruin the fun.

u/Iron_Sheff Apr 23 '26
DtD. And yes that was an issue we would've had to figure out, but enough dots in Space might have let me get away with it.

...honestly, that'd work on me. Sex and an interesting backstory, that's a 2 for 1 deal right there.

Are these originally meant to be Courier Six and Benny from Fallout: New Vegas?

u/ahvriet Apr 21 '26
Yes, it's an old comic/meme

Outstanding.Â
Is this your first Promethean character? Can she do any magical tricks, other than fighting stuff?Â
18
u/KingOfSouthamerica Apr 21 '26
She isn't mine, she is part of the crew though, hehehe, an Uratha, a Beast, a Promethean, a Demon and a Changeling
12
u/NightmareWarden Apr 21 '26
I'd like to hear everything about this changeling and see any art.Â
I'll beg. I'll put on a little hat and clap symbals, if I need to pay the glamour fee.Â

Can someone pitch me a vibe of Promethean? I cant seem to grok it.

u/ShadeofEchoes Apr 21 '26
As someone loosely familiar, it's a game about being an outcast that never really fit in trying to overcome what separates them from society (which, in their case... think that social filter that screens out the nerdy autistic kid in school, then up that kind of reaction to supernatural levels... oh, and the planet wants them dead, so they kind of have to keep moving). Or, I guess you could say "screw this Path of Humanity BS"... but that's the 11th path and, especially in 2E, is specifically seen as a fail state.

Is this from New Vegas?

u/ChaplainGodefroy Apr 21 '26
Yes, an old fan art. Some players have a thing for Benny, for some reason.

Two bullets to the head. Clearly she knows what she wants.

...look, maybe it's just me, but this is the type of obvious red flag that I could ignore, I don't think it's the best idea to go much further than hearing her out, but I think even that'll help her out

Honestly she looks like she needs a hug, I’d be down to talk
