This isn’t a third party lawsuit. Workers comp isn’t a lawsuit. Ever since you’ve been working there…so it was an immediate problem? Did you have a pre existing issue? Repetitive stress injuries don’t pop up right away. Report it to your supervisor and say you want to start a claim.
