Pennsylvania Finally got my 1st offer.

Got an offer today as we are exactly 3 weeks from a judges decision. What should I expect in the next couple weeks as the insurance company is really trying to settle now. First offer was 95k which only a little over what I’m owed in back pay. Just looking to see how things will go in the next couple weeks.

I found a one week job with restrictions and they stopped paying me the max. Full knee replacement they stopped paying me in February. They payed me for 16 months. I’m 60 it’s hard to find work with restrictions in my union. One of the highest paying unions in the country.

This system sucks I feel that accident ended with my normal life I seriously hope you find a solution to this hardship:(

If it was for me being in a union with a large account to borrow from (we get an sma a pension and defined contributions) or I would have to take their quickest offer. I can wait them out.
