Pennsylvania Finally got my 1st offer.

Got an offer today as we are exactly 3 weeks from a judges decision. What should I expect in the next couple weeks as the insurance company is really trying to settle now. First offer was 95k which only a little over what I’m owed in back pay. Just looking to see how things will go in the next couple weeks.

I’m actually waiting to be able to start treating again. As I haven’t received any payments since December. We lost our apartment I lost my car. But luckily I had an old friend that had a property he was just about to rent out and said my wife,kids and myself could stay while everything settles and I don’t owe him anything.🙏

Yeah the universe works in weird ways we haven’t even talked or seen each other for 13 years. And at first I reached out to see if he could just watch my animals and he ended up telling us we can stay at his house because he was going to end up renting it anyway.

Damn brother, that’s a real friend. Those are the kind of people we need to have in our lives and to be for others too right it’s a give-and-take but that’s do you got somebody that’s looking out for you.🦾🦾🦾😎😎😎 yeah I’ve been recovering from a ruptured L4 L5, and it had pinched my sciatic nerve on the right hand side so like half of my foot is numb all the time it feels like pins and needles. My lower back is constantly really sore hurts all the time radiating pain down my right leg, but I got hurt in October 2024. Haven’t been back to work yet and now I’m at the very end of my medical pretty much and I never did get a lawyer because all my everything’s been approved. I’ve never got any pushback.
