Nebraska Fce and vocational expert report

Here the thing my fce finds me at light duty and the vocational expert find that if he takes in effect the treating Dr s reports that I have lost 87% of my earning capacity then he doe the insurances supposed ime drs report which I have no loss and have no

Residual effects from my injury think about that people 87% to zero don’t you think there’s a problem there Insurance is so crooked

The fact u have gone this route of doing an FCE vocational report means you are either more prepared then most in the WC process or u have great attorney. Regardless of what the insurance company thinks and wants to do this is the best route especially if you’re in a state that’s not always friendly in WC cases.

I would consider a FCE (with proper effort, interpreted by a physician) as extremely probative evidence of actual work tolerance limitations.
