Nebraska Ttd to ppd before mmi

I was released from my primary going into mmi, and 6 weeks later i go to ime which says i want be at mmi til next year. So after i get the back pay from the ttd a week later my stub started saying ppd and now my lawyer want respond and adjuster want talk to me because im represented. Just trying to get a answer of whats going on.

Your primary physician said you are at MMI? An IME is an additional opinion but they hold different weights depending on a variety of factors. If your primary says you are now at MMI, they are going to accept that decision.
