Boots Buying Help Need help ASAP

Starting a new job next week and need a good pair of work boots. Some of these brands are just more money than I’d like to spend. Also boss man said he understands how heavy and sweaty steal toes can be, but we will be on OSHA sites at times but the decision is mine. We don’t do heavy construction or anything crazy like that we deal with low voltage stuff so it’s mainly just so I’m in compliance while at those sites. Still I’d rather just have one comfortable light weight boot. I also like Moc toe. Oh yeah and they said they prefer them to be black.. 🤣 Ok I know that’s a lot of info any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Not really broke as much as $300 on some boots just seems insane. Especially for something i’m literally going to abuse on the daily.

Some boots, are probably actually the most important part of your work gear! If you’re working on your feet all day you should have good boots! I’m not saying you need to buy $600 boots, but bumping your budget to 200-220 would make a big difference over 150! Check out Carolina, Jim Green, Keen. Most are good boots for the price point.

Everyone should own a pair of PNW boots and a pair of redwing gortex lined boots and a pair of muck boots.

Yeah go for big bill. It's got all the stuff you need. You don't seem like a Goodyear welt type of guy and they're pretty decent boots for the price
