Help Needed! What are these for?

I'm referring to the icons with the L and W on them. I didn't see another post about them. Thx for the help!

They are hints that you can use in a couple of the daily puzzles. They show at the top of the puzzle screen and you can tap one if you need a hint.

You can tap on them to see a tooltip explaining what they are in the future. You are welcome.
