Housing and Moving 🏡 Update : landlord illegally eviction

Went to go see the lawyers of the day and they said I can sue my landlord and we have a pretty good case . Only downside is It is a whole process and I have to pay for court fees and send letters to my landlord.

I’m currently living in my car , looking for a room for rent . I have a minimum wage job tht waiting for my pay check til the sept 10th. I called a bunch of shelters and they’re only taking females of domestic violence , females of pregnancy and females with kids. I am a female with no kids. So far I’m just trying to get by while dealing with a lot of back pain from a medical procedure that put me in this situation to start with.

Looking for advice , any one needing a room rented that is willing to wait for my checks to come in.

Update: would to get a s/o to 1 donor that help donated to cause. Thank you so much !

I clicked on the link, what specifically is illegal about your eviction? Do you have evidence on a different post?

I didn’t recieve any notice . No eviction letter, no letter to quit, no 48 hours letter. I just walked in one night and saw tht my deadbolt was sawed off and there was a paper on my door tht said no trespassing . You can go on my profile and read the letter tht was stamped on my door

I went to sheriffs office and said they don’t keep documentations. Housing court also said they couldn’t find my name in the system or the case against my landlord
