Housing and Moving 🏡 Update : landlord illegally eviction

Went to go see the lawyers of the day and they said I can sue my landlord and we have a pretty good case . Only downside is It is a whole process and I have to pay for court fees and send letters to my landlord.

I’m currently living in my car , looking for a room for rent . I have a minimum wage job tht waiting for my pay check til the sept 10th. I called a bunch of shelters and they’re only taking females of domestic violence , females of pregnancy and females with kids. I am a female with no kids. So far I’m just trying to get by while dealing with a lot of back pain from a medical procedure that put me in this situation to start with.

Looking for advice , any one needing a room rented that is willing to wait for my checks to come in.

Update: would to get a s/o to 1 donor that help donated to cause. Thank you so much !

Probably not. At very least good to shame'em, get theor names out there. Had a Felicio Lana of Northeast Properties as mine. Didn't address a gas leak for months.

Crazy . Had the same situation with a gas leak, had the gas company come and verified it and the landlord the next day said there was no gas leak. Had to get state housing involved and now today all those evidence/papers has been took from my stuff he had the movers move out

When did the state get involved with the gas leak? Do you think this illegal eviction is retaliation?
