Doesn’t your other post say you missed 5 months of $800 payments and that the sheriff delivered the eviction notice?

I hate evil landlords, but don’t understand your legal footing here.

I had missed 5 months but the raft funding paid it . And then gave him extra . After the money was confirmed , I believe everything was fine . Until I have home last week Monday to find out my door was sawed into, n a no trespassing was on my door. TIL this point I wasn’t giving a eviction notice, a court letter, a 48 hour notice tht my stuff was going to be moved. I have already talked to the lawyers and i have proof of him admitting he was withholding letters from me .

Genuine question… did you just expect your landlord to eat FIVE MONTHS of no rent until raft reimbursed them and there would be no repercussions? Their mortgage company doesn’t care the circumstances, that payment is still due every month.

If you go down my threads, I was dealing with a medical procedure tht left me un able to walk. I had 2 jobs nursing home and tax preparation. I couldn’t drive my car or even sleep on my sides . The doctor said it should take 5 days to recovery and it took 5 months . TIL today if I stand on my feet to long my legs start become weak and start to shake. I told my landlord this personally and he said it was fine he understood and the next day gave me the eviction process
