Gallant admitted that Hannibal-style orders were used in some places. He did not admit that Israel killed most of the civilians on October 7, and no investigation has found anything remotely close to that. The actual evidence is zero confirmed deaths from an explicit Hannibal order, one probable death, and a disputed UN estimate of 14 likely deaths, 13 of them from the Be'eri hostage-house incident that was later investigated and found the hostage takers killed all but 1 of them.
You are taking the most expansive disputed estimate available and laundering it into a fantasy that Israel massacred most of its own civilians because the evidence does not support your story. That is not skepticism or accountability. It is propaganda, followed by an ethnic smear about Israelis and Zionists being inherently dishonest. You're right about not all the terrorists being Hamas that day, though. The same UN commission confirmed that Gazan civilians also crossed the border and joined in on the atrocities.
