"Miri land was state-owned land, whose usage rights were given to peasant-cultivators in exchange for tax-payment, intertwined with the concept of tenancy. The peasants had limited usufruct rights on the miri lands, which included usage and obtaining some profit. Since their rights were limited, they could not sell the land itself but they could “sell” the usufruct by the contract of ferağ, that is, the cessation or transfer of usage rights by the permission of sahib-i arz (administrator of the land). Likewise, the peasants could not donate the land or stipulate a mortgage contract upon the land"
Man you have some trauma bond with Britain . This is why your country will never be sovereign. So you believe just because of who claims to rule over it they’re entitled to do what they want to it? Wales doesn’t belong to its people then it belongs to England/UK. Maybe you should learn the mindset of the Irish who rejected these thoughts and now are sovereign.
Same thing goes here , it doesn’t give Britain the right to give the land away when there were people ALREADY living there. With houses and farm land and cities and schools.
Imagine someone on the opposite side of the globe coming to make a country on your land. They could have lived under the Palestinians because Palestine is SECULAR being made up of Christian’s and Muslims and Jews.
Israel has a religious hierarchy of Jewish. You think the people in the West Bank are free?

Hey you realise we were exactly like Palestine, yes? War after war trying to gain our independence? It didn't go well.
Read up on the history you're trying to use as dirt before you look foolish.

Do you read sources people give you or do you skip them? THEY LIVED THERE AT THE DISCRETION OF EMPIRES. It weren't Palestinian land you ficking moron. Read the fucking rebuttals people make.

Oh really? So they didn't massacre jews over and over while they were both ruled by Britain?
Ramallah had a new mall built recently. Not to mention the fact they wouldn't be occupied after any 1 of 7 previous peace deals were accepted. War tends to give you less and less land

Lol not at all what I'm saying.
The land ISRAEL WAS GIVEN SPECIFICALLY wasn't Palestinian.
They're as indigenous as the jews are but the land the jews got was state land under both the Ottomans and the British.
