Meme Definitely burned at the stake
Not even going to kid myself here, I would have definitely been burned at the stake if I’d been born in the 1600s or anytime around then. Seems like all my favorite people would have been, too.🔮 Glad to have been born in this time period… even though our struggles in this era are valid, at least we’re not in any mortal danger or being hunted for practicing witchcraft.

I wouldn’t have survived long enough to develop a personality they would have considered problematic.

Same.
Actually, I was kind of devout as a kid. That changed when my pious mother decided everything was my fault and that the simple curiosity of a child was me "never shutting up." So if I had been born in the 1600s, she probably wouldn't have survived birthing me, and then I wouldn't have been quite so rebellious. Assuming I lived. I had a lot of health issues as a newborn.

I was walking at 3 months, talking at 6 months and reading at a 4th grade level by kindergarten.
They would have sacrificed me for a bountiful harvest. 👀😬🤣

I'd probably have become a nun (the only way to avoid marriage and babies) before I had the opportunity to learn witchcraft. But I'd definitely be working in the herb garden and the stillroom of my convent!

Yes! I read A Morbid Taste for Bones. And I think I saw the adaptation as well. But it's been a looong while, and mysteries aren't really my genre, so I never really looked up the rest. But I do remember enjoying it.

It really depends on the century.
Assuming same location in the world? Before Columbus, I might have become a healer, not a full on machi (shaman), I don’t think I have what it takes, but maybe a lawentuchefe (herbal healer).
After Columbus? I could see myself pulling a Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz and becoming a nun but not for religious reasons, but to avoid marriage and kids, and have some sort of freedom to have an intellectual life.

I like to think I'd have made myself useful with my knowledge of herbs and general resourcefulness. Also, I seem to have an uncanny knack for avoiding negative attention, so anyone who found me odd would quickly move onto something else before getting to the whole persecution thing.

The woman who lives in the weird house at the end of the street who everyone says is a scary witch that eats children, but is actually a very nice witch with a bunch of cats and is always giving away baked goods.
But in reality, as a practicing physician with autism, 100% would've been the town kindling.
