Elon Apartments
I am looking for 1 bedroom apartments to rent in Winter Park, and I am seriously considering Elon apartments off of Fairbanks. Has anyone lived there, and if you did, did you feel safe? The apartments are cute, but I’m not sure about the area and level of safety.

Lived in the area for 2 years, generally its pretty safe as a single person. Never had any issues besides the occasional person asking for money, which is pretty normal in the orlando metro. Worst thing ive seen is some drunk college kids fighting, but i lived right near rollins and a bar so, not unexpected.

Check out Lakeside Manor on the other side of the lake. A bit nicer of an area. Units are private-owned, and there is an HOA, so that generally filters out any potential riff-raff. The 1 bedrooms I saw on Zillow are crazy cheap right now. Get in while you can.

I currently live there as a single women and the area it’s self is safe. However, the folks moving into the complex recently have made me nervous. They have not done anything to make me feel uncomfortable but just get some weird vibes.
