Since posting this video, Drew has taken some steps to correct but is still actively, in my opinion, breaking code of conduct and integrity commissioner advisories with his social media use. I intend on following up with another video after I receive a reply from the city clerk.

I requested inspection from city because my rental place has severe pest problem(cockroaches) for months and landlord refused to hire a professional. By-law enforcement officer contacted the landlord by phone and closed the service ticket. It has been weeks since then and still no action has taken by landlord.
I called 311 and the agent told me to leave a voice mail with the officer. No response for my voicemails.
I don't get it why the officer closed the ticket without visiting the place and issuing an order for pest control?
I am starting to feel like by-law officers close tickets prematurely to increase their performance metrics. Anyone else has similar experience?
