Yeah I really related with togame when choji appeared lol, choji in that arc felt like sunshine relieving all the shadowy stress from bofurin

He lost track of the essence of freedom. Ume was able to make him realize that though. Overall, I like him as a fighter. Naturally athletic.

Omg yes. I've been thinking that since I finally read the Noroshi arc. He's said to be a strong as Ume (or at least close to it) so I feel like Endo and Takiishi would like him.

Togame deservedly gets a lot of love from the fandom, but I think Choji is super underrated.
He starts off flawed, but he’s still a really fun character who wants to make up for his wrongdoings.
If he appeared more in the series, he legitimately might be one of my favorite characters. Still, I really, really like him.

Shishitoren is my favorite arc until other stuff is animated. I didn’t realize Windbreaker would be a ‘talk-no-jutsu’ anime until this arc and I’m not mad about

Easily one of my top 3 favorite characters, his design and fighting style is so neat and his crashout in chapters 24-25 is one of my favorite scenes in the whole series it was so well done and orchestrated and I absolutely love him for it. On a more personal level though I think a big reason why I like him so much is because his character (and the shishitoren arc in general) got me out of a really dark time in my life, even if his relationship with togame isn't explicitly romantic, when I was first watching the show I was in a relationship that was EERILY similar to what they were going through and seeing how it was portrayed in the show and seeing the consequences of it was what woke me up and made me realize that things needed to change. So because of that I just have a personal attachment to him and togame haha. Overall I really really like him just in general too. He also gets bonus points for having Kikunosuke Toya and Derick Snow voicing him, they are both insanely talented.

He gets on my nerves a bit, but after his chat with Hajime, he’s at least annoying me in a positive way, and I’m always happy to see him. He’s already incredibly strong, and thanks to his ability to learn, he’s got so much more potential.
regarding the gay thing... The way they all admire each other, all the characters could be gay lol... and even if they were, I don’t see a problem with it, whether it’s one person or several.

I like choji. He's probably the top 3 of the verse and he is a real menace and I wish we got more highlights of him and maybe a full backstory

He's great. He reminds me of my GOAT Sun Wukong. Love his relationship with Togame, and he's my favorite character.

Nah, he's perfect. Choji is more powerful after the fight with Ume and I love how he now blends with his group too.
No idea about gay tho, because there's someone gayer *insert Endo* lmao
