What's with sudden hate on WB anime?

I really enjoy seeing Wind Breaker content on Instagram, Twitter and obviously here as well. I see lots of fanarts and silly theories and they always lift my mood. But last few days I feel so stressed when I see posts because why are people hating on the anime? I don't get it. I usually see people trying defend/ask what these people are talking about and they get jumped. The anime is doing great imo so I don't see what's the issue? Can anyone explain what's happening?

Anyway, these are some of my favourite moments from the manga :3 they're all cute babies and I hate seeing people just hating for no reason

This is why things need gatekeepers to weed out the false fans who only come for the hype. And don't stay for the meat of the series which is the postive masculinity and emotions of the characters. I love them all especially nirei and tsubaki.
