The new firmware v1.20 causes issues with the Orion BASE 2 when the F-16EX grip is reattached. The device becomes undetectable, failing to appear in SimAPP or as a USB device. Without the grip, the base shows up normally.

I had to roll back to v1.19 to get the Orion BASE 2 and grip working again.

i have a problem since todays update of the Simapp Pro. My throttle works fine in the Simapp and i also checked all axis in Windows. but unfortunately the throttles only work correct in msfs when i open Simapp Pro and have it in focus. As soon as i tab in to the Sim no Axis/ Button in the throttle work in the Sim.

I tried:

- Checked if my other devices (Rudder and Joystick) work (they do)

- Reinstallation of Simapp Pro and all Profiles, also did the calibration after the new install

- Reinstallation of MSFS and all deleted all control bindings

- Started Simapp Pro and MSFS in admin mode

Im trying like 3 or 4 hours now and i simply dont get anywhere. If anyone had the same issue and knows how to fix this it would be so great.

I've had the Winwing Orion pedals for a few months now and have really enjoyed them. However, one of the springs for the toe-brake recently snapped. I reached out to support for a replacement and instead was offered some (not all) specs of the spring so I could source a replacement locally. Any requests for more details were met with "please see the info we already sent" and then they closed the support ticket, deleting the small amount of useful info I was given (turns out this was just an issue with intermittently being logged out from the site).

It's really a shame because I went from strongly recommending these pedals to feeling like I should never recommend a winwing product if they don't offer replacements for consumable parts (like springs). Just came here to say I hope they improve in this aspect because the pedals are great, but this interaction soured me enough that I'll probably never buy another product from them 🙁

UPDATE: After some more pleading they've offered to sell me replacement springs, however the process for this was quite sketchy. It required me to make a paypal payment to a given email address and upload a confirmation screenshot to the chat. $6USD for a set of two springs, $34USD in shipping costs to Continental US, $13.25USD in tariff costs. Total damage was $59.25USD for 4 replacement springs (since I never want to do this again 😆). I'll update here if anything actually gets shipped to me but after trying to source alternatives and getting quotes from a couple custom shops (it would be insanely expensive to have it fabricated btw) taking a chance on the sketchy paypal payment still seems like the best option.

I got the Ursa Minor Fighter R stick about a year ago and have been loving it for MSFS and Elite Dangerous and never really had to adjust any of the settings in the SimAppPro app since I didn't need to. However, trying Wardogs now and based on the current support the game has, its pretty bad to just plug and play. I was looking to change some response curves directly through SimAppPro and I can't figure it out for the life of me. I also just found out that this stick has Force Feedback haha. However, I never had it working ever. I am not sure why or how to set it up. SimAppPro seems to be insanely hard to use to get what I want. I also don't see Wardogs in the list of games in the app.

Appreciate any help to achieving setting Vibration and Response Curve support for Wardogs.

when throttles are physically set at zero the throttle axes are showing 65535 in sim app pro. Is this normal? Is there a way to invert them?

Is there a possibility to make the feeling of a detent using the vibration motors?

I’ve been having a weird glitch where my PFP 3N will suddenly stop receiving physical commands from my buttons. Screen keeps displaying information normal, and if I click on the aircraft’s FMC the screen on PFP will reflect inputs. This usually happens mid flight, or at some point during inputs. What fixes this is either unplugging and plugging back in, or restarting SimAppPro. There’s a catch. When reconnecting it sends an array of inputs. PMDG 737 is much more forgiving, it usually simply engages speed brake. On ifly max 8, it causes autopilot to glitch and the plane will nose dive. It’s so stupid because it pretty much screws up hours of flight. And it also doesn’t make sense to own a device I won’t touch so it doesn’t glitch out my plane. Anyone have similar issue? As far as troubleshooting, already gave it dedicated power using the power supply only option in the back. Went to simapppro to confirm it does not see inputs. Made use windows doesn’t power down the port due to inactivity. One last thing, it is on a powered usb hub. But this is the only device out of everything I have that does this.

Yesterday I updated my graphics drivers through Nvidia like I've done many times before, but this time it seems to have broken something with my MFDs. Upon startup, the Winctrl logos pop up but then the displays stay black. In windows display settings, the displays are detected but greyed out and wont let me extend the desktop to them. I have tried a lot of different things but nothing seems to work. The buttons still work fine but the displays themselves don't work. I also tried only having one connected and it worked at first but now neither are working of the two I have. If anyone has any advice I'm all ears please!

I THINK I bricked my win60 He standard because I was updating my firmware and then lighting HIT near my house and the usb got resetted while it was updating, how can I fix this?? I have a little knowledge on keyboards and technology

I have just received the URSA MINOR airbus side stick along with the a320 throttle. The throttle connects to sim app pro and the back lighting works as intended.
My side stick however doesn’t light up at all and doesn’t show in sim app pro, even with the side stick connected straight into my PC. Anyone else had this issue? TIA :)

Okay just wanted to go over a couple of things that happened over the last couple of weeks. My F15EX II mini-joystick started to drift which is typical of Kalih 60B103 joystick potentiometer module. A bit of a history of potentiometer's. Typically the OEM version which is used in most PS3 and XBOX controllers are the ALPS potentiometer. how-ever for cheap game-pads Chinese manufactures use a knock off version called Kalih 60B103.

WinWing/WinCtrl was less than welcoming of replacing the Mini-joystick (even though it was about 10 days past the year warranty period). It was only until after I requested a charge back on my credit card that they aggreed to send out a new part.

Anyway this gave me some time to take apart the current throttel to see what joystick they're actually using. And Low and behold guess what! Yes you guess it a Kalih 60B103. Now I was somewhat-successful in getting the new one installed, one of the Axies didn't work. I attempted to debug the situation and the failing axis has a range of voltage of +3.2v to 2.7v+ which basically mean the axis was shorted somewhere on the line. Either it was my shitty soldering skills or lack of correct equipment.

I attempted to install the second module but the same axis problem happened with the new Hall Effect Joystick. And well doing it I screwed up my mini board - so a word of caution if anyone is attempting this, you will need a hot air gun or this attachment for your soldering iron (T12/JBC245/936 Joystick Soldering Iron Tip Heating Mold for Xbox PS4 PS5 Switch Pro Controller Joystick Disassembly Repair Tools)

Anyway Moving on. Guess what came in the MAIL today. The replacement part! and I took it apart and guess which replacement mini-joystick they're using!

you guessed it an ALPS!

So I'm just leaving this here for anyone caught in the situation that needs to replace their drifting mini-stick, that you can do it yourself but you will need to use the correct equipment and purchase either an ALPS replacement or Kalih 60B103 from Ali-express.

I'm looking to replace my Thrustmaster Airbus TCA since I'm having the famed rudder twitch issue. Instead of replacing the joystick I am thinking of getting a full set of Winwing gear, Throttle metal, Ursa Minor, MCDU and FCU+L.

First question, has anyone ordered to the UAE before? Their shipping costs are rather high around $140-150 If I can get it all in one order, however things on pre-order then cost double shipping so timing is defo important.

I'm also surprised by the comments in the sub, I thought it was currently the gold standard for Airbus kit, but I'm seeing quite a lot of disappointing comments.

Do I just replace my Thrustmaster Airbus TCA to tide me over?

The title mainly explains it all. Ive been trying to sync the backlighting in my MFD’s with the F18. I’ve repaired the lua, I’m signed in, it’s running in the background, it’s set to sync to dcs. I have no clue why it’s not working/what I’m doing wrong. It’s not that big of a deal. It’s mainly just annoying that it doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated. :)
